Spiritual Direction

I provide spiritual direction for women of all ages.

The goal of spiritual formation and spiritual direction is the transformation of a person into the image of Jesus. The person experiencing spiritual transformation, over time, becomes more like the loving character of Jesus. It is similar to discipleship, but not as directed.

Spiritual transformation focuses on deepening a person's relationship with God, and is a lifelong process that involves leaning to love and live from a Christlike nature. It begins with surrendering to the Holy Spirit’s work in one’s life.

Spiritual formation can include practices or activities such as worship, community, various forms of prayer, scripture reading, studying and meditation, and serving others.

For those seeking:

  • a more meaningful, intimate relationship with God

  • a path toward Christian maturity

  • a way of making space for being with and learning to hear God more easily

  • practices that lead to a deeper understanding of who God truly is and how He sees us

  • to hear and discern God’s voice and direction for your life
the ability to experience more peace and joy

  • someone to partner with and accompany you on your spiritual journey

  • opportunities to share the deep mysteries of your spiritual life
